R & D Leadership

 

In October a workshop on "R & D Leadership" will be held this year in Shanghai.

1st day, this program will help you understand R & D Manager / Team Leader's Functions, to build up a CREATIVE and INNOVATIVE R & D environment and how to build up an effective R & D function. The most important thing is some group exercises will be held. The instructor, as a VP of engineering for one of the biggest EMS companies in the world will direct you to create out of box thinking. As a leader, you should constantly encourage and support your staff's creative and innovative ideas to increase their confidence.

2nd day, the instructor will brief you how to create a sellable product. A good product will make the R & D staff confident to work. Even if they face with frustration, they still have confidence in the good product which drives them to overcome. Well, in the roll play, you can learn how to decision. The instructor has abundant experience in decision. Since the R & D Dept was established in Greater China, he led the R & D Dept from 30+ design engineers to 400+ design engineers by the end of 2007 and created US$ 570 millions.

3rd day, another instructor, Mr. Mei Lin, is a professional HR Consultant. He will bring MBTI Testing to every one, which will help everyone understand their own advantages for development better. MBTI testing is a personality profile tool which is used to measure and describe the law of human psychology activity and character type when people gain information, make a decision, treat life, etc.. In particular, the third day is FREE.
