Position: Project Manager (one people)

Work in Shanghai

Our project management team is responsible for organizing and implementing our most prestigious events. From choosing and working with the most luxurious 5-star venues & cruise ships at event inception through to hosting the event on the day. You must deliver only the best to our high profile clients.

You will be responsible for managing all facets of the event, managing the budget and ensuring the quality exceeds expectations.

As an operations manager you will be central to the success of our events. Managing the logistics of the events, the final program and evaluating the success of an event. You will continually strive for perfection.

Your customer service skills need to be of the highest order as you will be the face and voice of Grand Carson, dealing with our demanding clients who have come to expect only the best.

Responsibilities

Produce of business-to-business conferences
Liaising with senior level corporate and government speakers
Make market research in relation to corporate issues
Copy writing conference programs
Ad hoc document translation

Requirements

University degree, preferably in English or business related courses. (With over 3 years related project management experience or exceptional for the person who are competent for this job for college degrees)
Age 25 to 30
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Superb written skills in both English and Chinese
Proven ability to work to deadlines
Minimum 3 years of corporate
Related working experience or MBA preferred
Have passion, like challenge and always be positive
Can work under pressure

Position: Sales Executive (five people)

Work in Shanghai

Requirements
We welcome fresh graduate
College Degree preferred but not essential
Impeccable English and Chinese language skills
Some work experience preferred but not essential
Strong business acumen
Highly motivated and results driven
A good understanding of issues facing business today
The ability to communicate to senior management in both multinational and local companies

Position: Sponsorship Sales (one people)

Working place: Shanghai

Requirements
College Degree preferred but not essential
Impeccable English and Chinese language skills, native English level preferred
At least 2 years' direct sales working experience as required
Strong business acumen

Excellent Internet & telephone research skills
The ability to communicate to senior management in both multinational and local companies
Helping with the event organizing

Position: Marketing Associate (one people)

Working in Shanghai

Responsibilities
Coordination and organization
Planning and designing
Execution of marketing activities
Preparing the documents and filing
Completing routine work and assisting the department head

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of corporate.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Age 20 to 23
With strong sense of creativity
